Yes. Design services include revision rounds so you can refine the result. The exact number of included revisions is stated on each service page and confirmed in your brief. Development services include fixing any issue that does not match the agreed scope free of charge.

Because our services are digital and start quickly after purchase, you explicitly agree when buying that delivery begins immediately and that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law. We still keep things fair: if we have not started your project yet and you change your mind within the cooling-off period, we will refund you in full.

It depends on the service. For a website you will usually need your text content (or approval for us to write it), logo, images and any references you like. For development you may need access to your hosting or accounts. Your brief lists exactly what we need — and we are happy to guide you through it.
